We want you to love your festival-ready looks, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method immediately after.
